Anvesaka Yoga & Aerial is a leading provider of Aerial Yoga classes in the North East of England. We aim to turn the boring gym treadmill routine on its head, by making exercise sociable, full of laughter and above all, enjoyable. Our hub on Bowesfield Industrial Estate is our flagship location, with a huge range of classes to suit all levels of experience, fitness and for all ages.
Our aim is to always match you with the perfect course to help you meet your goals. We love starting complete beginners off on their yoga and aerial journey, and no experience is ever needed to join our beginner’s groups. From chilled out yoga & mindfulness, through family-friendly all ages aerial yoga, to dynamic aerial hoop, trapeze and silks we have the right course to take your fitness practice from a chore to a pleasure.
