At Freedom Hypnotherapy the therapy is client-focused, there is no ‘one size fits all’. Individualised therapy is essential to help alleviate the issues clients have presented with.
I cover all issues, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, IBS, OCD, fears, phobias, habits, weight loss, menopause and much more.
As a retired midwife, I still have an interest in fertility, pregnancy issues such as Hyperemesis, SPD, along with birth trauma, needle/hospital phobias. I am also a longstanding Hypnobirthing practitioner, offering one to one and group sessions.

It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state.

‘One Born Without the Drama’ is a combination of services focusing on Antenatal Knowledge, Hypnotherapy, Relaxation and Breathing techniques to help you have a pregnancy, labour, birth and babymoon without the drama that we hear so much about.
As a Hypnobirthing Practitioner, I offer a variety of classes from intensive day workshops to 4-week courses, one to one sessions, and refresher sessions in my therapy room which is in Ingleby Barwick.
