Burn between 5-9x more calories than a typical fitness class or gym workout, it’s a no brainer especially with a block booking making sessions an unbeatable £2.80 per session (junior and pay as go available).
Local classes are held at Ingleby Manor School and Sixth Form and run on Wednesday 7.15 pm abs Saturday 9.30am.
