Hi! Welcome to Slimmers Kitchen.
We are a small business based in Eaglescliffe, Teesside ran by two women on their own weight loss journey.
Our meal prep is completely weight loss friendly should you attend any of the well-known slimming or weight loss plans. Our meals are also labelled with calories should this be your preferred method of tracking. We do not restrict any food group; our bodies need carbs just as much as they need proteins & our portions are generous.
