My name is Sarah and I am your local Slimming World Consultant. If you enrol in the Slimming World Classes with me I will help you gain freedom from the old habits that used to hold you back when trying to lose weight. I’ll help you to understand yourself as a slimmer and give you the know-how to identify deep-rooted patterns and the confidence to commit to healthy new habits, for life.
Warm, friendly and supportive groups to support members on their weight loss journey and beyond their target weight. Run by a consultant with over 12 years of experience. You will get to meet new friends sharing the same goal who’ll help inspire you to your dream weight.
Sessions Available
Thursdays 5:30 & 7 pm at Beckfields Community Hall
Fridays 7:30 & 9 am at St Francis of Assisi Church Centre
