Over 12 years of coaching experience.
My background is within the fitness industry, with over 12 years of coaching to achieve clients personal goals.
My experience consists of working with a range of clientele, working with multi-sport players, including rugby, football and hockey, aesthetic models, functional fitness athletes, disability, the elderly and supporting the rehabilitation of offenders within HMPS.
I am an open-minded, honest and passionate PT who will continuously strive to learn.
I have experience of performing at a high level in Rugby and CrossFit – to present I enjoy challenging myself in new sports. I love developing my understanding of the physical demands which allows me to learn new movements and keep your training unique and fun.

I literally can’t recommend Harry enough! As someone who has always been embarrassingly unfit, he really works with me to find exercises that I can do and always adapts things so that I can do them! I’m noticing a huge difference already in my fitness and strength and it’s really helped boost my weight loss.
