Exercise should improve your posture, you’re walking, running and you’re throwing abilities that we have evolved to perform over millions of years of adaption.

Modern ways of training have ignored this fact and gone off track. Whilst people go to the gym regularly they still experience pain in their bodies, avoiding certain movements, regularly seeking other physical therapies and hitting fitness plateaus.

If you are dealing with any of these, you are not alone.

The ‘Functional Movement’ 4-week course is the key to unlocking your improved posture, strength and fitness.

This course will take you through movements that are designed to improve the function of your biology rather than typically what is taught in gyms. This course will pull you further away from linear, sedentary or aesthetic-focused exercises and closer to the root core of human evolution.

There are only 4 places available. The intimacy of a small group will enable me to provide you with 1:1 coaching giving you the personal training touch and improving your issues directly.
